Everyone sees colours differently. You cannot match what you see in real life to something on a computer screen or on a piece of paper. But you can get "close enough". To get "very close" can cost a lot of money. At High View we aim to aim to provide an "acceptable match". Will you accept our version as"close enough"?
The simplest way to check all this out is to send material to us and ask for a proofing print. There is a modest cost for this, and our price includes further minor alterations free of charge, if they are required. Then you can buy a second proofing print: and so on. If we are not approaching something that is acceptable to you, then you are welcome to give up, and go elsewhere. If you feel aggrieved at having paid for unsatisfactory results then we will refund what you have paid (providing you return all materials supplied). That is the High View guarantee of satisfaction.
We print from a computer file. You can send your file to us by post or e-mail, or we can prepare it for you by scanning or photographing the material that you supply. Your file is not permanently altered by us in any way, although our equipment will undertake the necessary colour management to ensure as accurate a result as possible.
